Abstract

The basic intention of this paper is to depict the recurso de inaplicabilidad de la ley, an institute part of the Argentine Legal System. In this text, an analysis of the institute and its birth in the Argentina is made, starting with its concepts and regulations, to the most recent debates about its reach and its application. In the second part of the study, a short comparative analysis between the recurso de inaplicabilidad de la ley and some institutes from the Brazilian Legal System that have some similarities with it is made.
