Abstract

The objective of the text is to answer one of the fundamental questions of civil procedure epistemology: what must concern a civil procedure expert? The article proposes a revision of the traditional dimensions (normative, participative, and institutional) and the addition of two new research subjects (the various doors of access to justice and teaching).
