Abstract

This paper provides an analysis with regard to the use of artificial intelligence systems of predictive justice in civili trial. The investigation will be conduct from several perspectives. First, the conformity of these tools with the italian legal system will be assesses, and second, the extent to which they are usable will be examined. Finally, some pronouncements of administrative jurisprudence will be analyzed in an attempt to verify whether the considerations it has reached with reference to the activity of public administration can find citizenship within civil jurisdiction.
