Abstract

This text aims to analyze the recent reform of Italian civil procedural law, which highlights concerns very similar to those faced in Brazil. This is the Cartabia reform, responsible for changes that seem to inaugurate a new way of thinking (in terms of positive law) about the Italian procedural system.
